Held annually in Miami, FL, the Telefónica Leadership Conference brought together more than 700 senior-level executives from over 130 countries, including customers, vendor partners and analysts. Forums successfully managed the planning and production of the conference, which included a partner showcase, over 100 one-on-one executive meetings, two theme dinners, a golf tournament and sailing regatta.
A&E had the goal of promoting their “Bad Ink” program to regional media buying agencies based in Miami, FL. They challenged us to coordinate an agency tour that would allow A&E executives to present new programming and provide interactive and fun activities that the media buyers could participate in. Forums visited 2-3 agencies a week, setting up temporary tattoo booths, a photo both, and boxed lunches of gourmet burgers to promote “Bad Ink”, “Orphan Black” and “Wahlburger”.
Electrolux needed to introduce a new line of appliances to their most important clients from the Caribbean in an environment where they could experience the products for themselves. Forums designed a mixed format set up that included an area where the new product line was displayed, an area for presentations and a private room for one-on-one meetings. We were also responsible for coordinating hotel reservations, round-trip transportation, printed materials and a networking dinner.
