Alex’s passion for event planning and extensive industry experience led to the formation of Forums Event Design & Production 20 years ago. As President, she focuses on service and operations to make sure our clients consistently meet and exceed their goals. She has successfully led a number of events for our clients, including Dell, Canon, Cisco, Samsung, Xerox and more. Before founding Forums Event Design & Production, Alex led the marketing department at Merisel Latin American where she produced hundreds of events, conventions and meetings, and introduced the company’s most important conference, Soft Teach, to Latin America.
As CEO, Ali leads the company’s growth and expansion into new industries. With a focus on developing client relationships and managing account teams, she plans and implements the best products for our event programs. Prior to Forums Event Design & Production, Ali spent more than a decade in the advertising, marketing and communications industry and is a graduate of the University of Florida.
Since opening our doors in 2000, Pilar has served as the Director of Finance & Accounting. Pilar maintains the financial discipline necessary to operate the business properly and oversees the company’s accounting, human resources and risk management. On a project level, Pilar reviews the finances for each and every project to find ways to maximize value for each client.
